Erick Alberto Arias

Erick Alberto Arias Bustamante was born on April 2nd, 1986 in Ciudad Satélite, Estado de
México. He was Laura Bustamantes and Heriberto Arias first born.
Our dear Erick was an outgoing and kind hearted soul, known for his selflessness and
willingness to help anyone in need. And let's not forget he had the most beautiful smile.
Erick was such a bright, organized, and funny kid - Always happy. He loved playing with his
neighbors, even when he knew they might not always return his toys. He was also incredibly
independent for his age, he started walking when he was just 7 months old.
When Erick was 2 years old, his parents decided to move to the United States, and Erick
became the happy companion that helped them endure the hardships of new beginnings in a
different country.
A few years later, Erick became an older brother when his sister Cynthia was born. Shortly after,
Paulina and Jr. completed the Arias gang. Erick was the best big brother, always looking after,
protecting and loving his younger siblings. He was also an admirable son, providing support to
his parents when they needed it, an excellent student during his school years and just a great
human being; always willing to help anybody, especially his parents. His mom will say
"Erick is short, but his worth is measured in gold."
Erick met the love of his life, Amanda in 2010. They were engaged on December 26th, 2013
and got married on May 30th, 2015. Together they created the most beautiful family, with their
children Jason, Vincent and Ella. Erick excelled as a husband and as a father.
He loved his family, and every adventure he traversed, his family was always by his side. Some
of his favorite trips were going to the ocean or the beach where he would see his children run
carefree and feel at peace.
Erick had a variety of hubbies, he rebuilt a 1977 Cheyanne (C10) Chevy truck. He also enjoyed
attending classic cars and trucks shows throughout California.
He had a successful career in property management, as Regional Manager for eleven years. He
advocated tirelessly to provide housing for individuals with special needs, people experiencing
homelessness, senior citizens and those in need.
As we can see today, Erick touched many lives and left a lasting mark in this world. He was
deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. We are so grateful for the time
we were blessed to have him with us. His journey ended far too soon, leaving behind an
emptiness and many broken hearts. While we mourn his loss, we take comfort in knowing that
Erick is now at peace, and we hold onto the hope that one day we will be reunited with him
again.
Erick Alberto Arias Bustamanta is survived by his loving wife, Amanda Arias. Their three
children, Jason, Vincent and Ella. His siblings, Cynthia Pelayo, Paulina Arvayo and Heriberto
Arias Jr. His mother Laura Bustamante and his father Heriberto Arias.
Until we see you again, you made us proud and we will love you always and forever.
Erick era una persona extrovertida y de gran corazón, conocido por su generosidad y su
disposición para ayudar a quien lo necesitara. Él tenía la sonrisa más hermosa.
Erick Alberto Arias Bustamante nació el 2 de abril de 1986 en Ciudad Satélite, Estado de
México. Fue el hijo primogénito de Laura Bustamante y Heriberto Arias.
Erick siempre fue un niño muy inteligente, organizado y divertido - siempre feliz. Le encantaba
jugar con sus vecinos, incluso cuando sabía que no le devolverían sus juguetes y cuales eran.
También fue increíblemente independiente para su edad; comenzó a caminar cuando apenas
tenía siete meses.
Cuando tenía dos años, sus padres decidieron mudarse a los Estados Unidos, y Erick se
convirtió en la alegre compañía que les ayudó a sobrellevar las dificultades de comenzar una
nueva vida en un país diferente con muchas carencias.
Años más tarde, Erick se convirtió en hermano mayor cuando nació su hermana Cynthia. Poco
después, Paulina y Heriberto Jr. completaron la familia Arias. Erick fue el mejor hermano mayor:
siempre cuidando, protegiendo y amando a sus hermanos menores. También fue un hijo
ejemplar, brindando apoyo a sus padres cuando lo necesitaban, un excelente estudiante
durante sus años escolares y, sobre todo, un gran ser humano. Siempre estaba dispuesto a
ayudar, especialmente a sus padres. Su mamá dice: "Mi niño chaparrito, pero valía oro mi hijo."
Erick conoció al amor de su vida, Amanda, en el año 2010. Se comprometieron el 26 de
diciembre de 2013 y se casaron el 30 de mayo de 2015. Juntos formaron una familia hermosa
con sus hijos Jason, Vincent y Ella. Erick fue un esposo y un padre ejemplar.
Amaba profundamente a su familia, y en cada aventura que emprendía, su familia siempre
estaba a su lado. Algunos de sus viajes favoritos eran a la playa y al mar, donde disfrutaba ver
a sus hijos correr libres y sentirse en paz.
Erick tenía una gran variedad de pasatiempos. Reconstruyó una camioneta Chevy Cheyenne
10 (C10) de 1977, y disfrutaba asistir a exhibiciones de autos y camionetas clásicas en todo
California.
Tuvo una carrera exitosa en el área de administración de propiedades, desempeñándose como
Gerente Regional durante once años. Trabajó incansablemente abogando por ofrecer vivienda
a personas con necesidades especiales, personas sin hogar, adultos mayores y quienes más lo
necesitaban.
Como podemos ver hoy, Erick tocó muchas vidas y dejó una huella imborrable en este mundo.
Fue profundamente amado y será recordado con cariño por todos los que tuvieron el privilegio
de conocerlo. Estamos agradecidos por el tiempo que lo tuvimos entre nosotros. Su viaje
terminó demasiado pronto, dejando un profundo vacío y nuestros corazones rotos. Mientras
duele inmensamente su partida, encontramos consuelo en saber que Erick está en paz, y
mantenemos la esperanza de que algún día volveremos a encontrarnos con él.

Jason, Vincent y Ella; a sus hermanos Cynthia Pelayo, Paulina Arvayo y Heriberto Arias Jr.; y a
sus padres Laura Bustamante y Heriberto Arias.
Hasta que nos volvamos a ver, nos hiciste sentir muy orgullosos, y te amaremos por siempre y
para siempre.
