Erik was a dear friend of mine. We grew up in Mandeville together and when I was at Tulane he was at UNO. We were always enjoying ourselves and laughing. He was like a brother to me and I will miss him so much. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Erik was an amazing soul.

I was close to Erik for a short period of time, but the impression that he made will be with me forever. He had a dynamic personality with a wonderful sense of humor. We were always laughing and having fun when we were together. When I think of him, I picture him smiling. He was a wonderful man!!
