Ernest Baugh was born March 9, 1955. He departed his earthly life at his residency on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Saturday, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ernest was the son of the late Charles T. and Frances Baugh.
Ernest was preceded in death by his sisters; Frances Harden, Rosetta Stewart, Mildred Lou Baugh, brothers; Charles Baugh, Jerry Baugh. Late grandchildren; Keon Turrentine, Antioan Gordon, Ladtontrey Maple, and late great grandchild; Kemarion Turrentine.
Ernest received his education in Williamson County. He worked and retired from Durango Boot where he worked for many years. Then went and worked for Harper Lincoln Ford for 29 years. Ernest loved fishing, hunting, baseball, watching wrestling and drinking his Busch.
Ernest is survived by daughters; Rhonda Gordon, Sherrie Gordon and Quan (Derrick) Brown-Warner. Sons; Anthony Gordon and Adrikias Baugh, Derrick Dawson, and J.J. Scruggs.
Ernest is survived by his sisters; Linda Claybrooks, Bettie Green, Pauline Baugh, and uncle Scooter Baugh.
Ernest is survived by his grandchildren; Ca’Nitra Davis, Quantez Turrentine, Trovon Bullock, Kyah Gordon, Jazarious Zackery, Kynaston (Tank) Gordon, Trice Gordon, Aaliyah Lee, A’Ziya Gordon, Kedron Turrentin, Amiya Cathey, Amilliauna Baugh, Adrevious Baugh, Trisavious Phillips, Kevias Scruggs, Ke’naja Gordon, and Kevy Gordon, and nine great-great grandchildren.
He leaves a host of nieces, nephews and devoted friends; Tracy Weinberg, Joann Goldman, and Doris Gordon.
