Ernest Bryant Webster

Ernest Bryant Webster, age 82 of White House passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026 at his home. He was born August 24, 1943 in Springfield, TN. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, serving two tours in Vietnam and serving in Korea. He retired after 20 years of service and after serving in many countries all around the world and under both President Nixon and President Reagan. He enjoyed fishing, listening to all kinds of music, drinking coffee and cooking. More than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest & Mary Webster; 4 sisters, Geneva, Louise, Edith and Peggy; 2 brothers, Richard and Earl. He is survived by his son, Ernest Paul (Libby) Webster, Murfreesboro, TN; daughter, Tina Webster Adams, White House, TN; brothers, Charles (Keiko) Webster and Jackie (Kay) Webster, both of Springfield, TN; sisters, Mildred Jackson, Madison, TN and Emily Jackson, Springfield, TN; 7 grandchildren, Blake and Dalton Bryant, Elijah and Ethen Webster, Bryant Webster (Morgan-Blair) Richardson) and Tanner and Coda Adams; several great-grandchildren. Graveside service with full military honors will be held Monday, March 2, 2026 at 11am at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with Dalton Bryant officiating. Visitation is planned for Sunday, March 1, 2026 3PM-7PM at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House.
