Survivors include his 2 daughters, Brenda L. (Barry) Thomas of Topsfield, Maine, Joanie (Shane) Neprud of Soldiers Grove, and a son, David (Kati) Zieroth of Wisconsin; 16 grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Barbie Schlief and Rosie Phillips; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Evelyn; 3 children, Linda Atkins, Carla O'Brian, and Daniel James Zieroth; a brother, Elmer "Butch" Zieroth; 3 sisters, Joyce Henning, Mary Parmalee, and Pauline Lorraine "Billie" Boese.
A Military Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Dayton Corners Cemetery in Dayton Township, Richland County, by the local military honors unit. The Clary Memorial Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. www.clarymemorialfuneralhome.com
