Eron Patrick O'Brien

Eron Patrick O'Brien, 58, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, was healed and called home to the Lord on September 16, 2025, surrounded by his wife and children in the home he built for his family. He was born on October 13, 1966, in Urbana, Ohio, to Terry and JoAnn O'Brien.

A business owner in the Hot Springs Village area for 28 years, Eron was known as a "fixer" always ready to lend a hand and solve a problem wherever there was a need. He found joy in simple pleasures: spending time on the boat at Lake Ouachita, riding Harleys with his wife, Cristy, and being outdoors, his true happy place. He had a deep passion for karate and shared it with others through teaching.

Eron is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Cristy O'Brien; his parents, Terry and JoAnn O'Brien; his children, Catherine (Jeremy) Holland, Devin (Lindsey) O'Brien, and Carly (Nic) Rogers; six cherished grandchildren; his siblings, Molly, Shawn, Kathy, and Colleen; and many close friends who became like family.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday at Caruth Village Funeral Home

A celebration of Eron's life will take place at 2:00 PM Wednesday, also at Caruth Village Funeral Home, with a Rosary beginning at 1:30 PM.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Arkansas Hospice Team and to the many dear friends who supported Eron and his family helping around the house, organizing special trips, and surrounding him with love.
