Esmeralda Lizette Rodriguez Perez, a beacon of love and faith, left this world on September 8, 2024, in Lexington, KY, after a life vibrantly lived. Born on February 20, 1996, in Boise, ID, Esmeralda's journey was one marked by joy, dedication, and an unwavering spirit that inspired all who knew her. Esmeralda's life was a testament to the power of love and family. She was a cherished wife to her husband, Fernando Ruiz-Esparza Moreno, and a guiding star to her children, Jordan, Fernanda, Valeria, and Felix. Her parents, Veronica and Luis Rodriguez, along with her siblings, Kimberly, Carlos, and Junior Perez, were the roots of her strength. Esmeralda's in-laws, Maria and Felix Esparza, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, added to the tapestry of her life. Though preceded in death by her sister Fernanda Perez and grandmother Amelia Mercado Perez, her legacy of love continues to shine through her family. A proud graduate of Bryan Station High School and Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School, Esmerelda's passion for beauty and self-expression was evident in her work and her life. She was a dedicated wife and mother, always putting her family's needs at the forefront with grace and resilience. Esmeralda's interests were a reflection of her nurturing soul. She found joy in cooking, baking, and sharing her culinary creations with loved ones. Her flair for cosmetics brightened the lives of many, and her delight in shopping for baby clothes was matched only by her devotion to attending church. To describe Esmeralda is to speak of love, kindness, and a faith-filled heart. She lived her life as a motivational force, encouraging others to cherish every moment and to spread love unconditionally. Esmerelda's legacy is not one of sorrow but a celebration of a life that will continue to motivate and uplift us all. Her spirit, a radiant light, will forever guide the paths of those she touched. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 PM Thursday September 12, 2024, at the Rio Life Church, 407 Kingston Rd., Lexington, KY by Pastor Ernesto Martinez. A graveside burial service will take place 11:00 AM Friday September 13, 2024, at the Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2089 Versailles Rd., Lexington, KY. Visitation will be from 4:30-6 PM Thursday September 12, 2024, at the church. Pallbearers will be Fernando Moreno, Lesly Diaz, Valentin Chavez, Ceasar Cervants, Louis Rodriguez and Kimberly Perez. The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home Chapel, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY. The online guestbook is at www.
