Ethel Mae Ware, 84, passed away on October 28, 2024, in
Hemet, Ca. Born on November 9, 1939, Ethel was a beacon of joy and kindness, deeply cherished by her family and community. Ethel graduated from Jonas Henderson High School and dedicated many years to her career as an electronics inspector at Neff Instruments in Monrovia, Ca, retiring in 2005. She was well-known and loved in her workplace for her meticulous attention and detail and warm personality.
A devout member of the Catholic Church, Ethel attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Altadena for many years and later became a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church after moving to Hemet. Her faith was a significant part of her life, providing her with strength and community.
Ethel's hobbies included sewing, creating clothes for her daughters during their younger years, and participating in bowling leagues alongside her late husband and relatives. Her grandchildren brought immense joy to her life, and she spent countless hours playing, laughing, and creating memories with them.
Ethel is survived by her sister, Edna Nix of Pasadena, Ca; brother, John Landry of Barstow, Ca; brother, Edward (Bubalow) Landry of St. Martinsville, LA; daughters Cassandra Adams (Roger) of Las Vegas, NV and Sherry Darden (Kenny) of San Jacinto, Ca; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great- grandson and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robley Sr. and Daisy Landry; brothers Robley Jr., Clement, and Martin Landry. Sister Catherine Morrow, and granddaughter, Natasha Ware.
