After his military tenure, he worked as a truck driver for Whipple’s Lumber Yard, Benscoter’s Trucking, and Red Freight Transportation. He was a member of the American Legion Post 510 in Black Walnut Village. He was also a member of the Skinner’s Eddy Methodist Church.
Eugene is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Emma Jane Rodgers Kishbaugh, his son, Wayne (Donna) of Henderson, NV, and Nancy Manahan (Timothy) of Laceyville, PA. Several nieces and nephews learned from Eugene’s desire to share the life lessons he learned.
Eugene leaves behind his siblings, Tom Kishbaugh (Judy) of Laceyville and Gerald Kishbaugh (Maggie) of Jackson Center, PA.
