Eugenia Vassos

Eugenia nee Lillis Vassos, age 89, fell asleep in the Lord March 9, 2022. Beloved wife of the late George Vassos. Loving mother of Theodora (Demos) Bourlokas and the late Anastasios, Mihalis and Yannis Vassos. Devoted daughter of John and Olga Lillis. Proud grandmother of Kalliope (John) Lakhani, Eugenia Vitzileos, Georgia Vitzileos, Panagiotis Bourlokas. Great grandmother of Nicolas Lakhani, Jonathan Lakhani, Terrie Terrazas, Cristian Terrazas, Danielle Marquis, Dimitri Marquis and Theodora Bourlokas. Dear sister of Spiros Lillis and the late Stavros, Rigas, Anna, Dimitrios Lillis. Fond aunt and cousin of many. Eugenia was a lover of nature and her family. She was nurturing and caring of her family and a strong believer in her faith. Visitation Monday, March 14, 2022 from 10:30 AM until time of Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Saint Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 North Caldwell Avenue, Niles, IL 60714.
