In addition to her parents, Mrs. Starks was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry & Richard Mangrum.
Mrs. Starks is survived by her daughter, Melanie Starks-Puckett of Portland; son, Jody (Leslie) Starks of Hendersonville; grandchildren, Merecedes, Grace, Tyler, Jack, & Nate; sisters, Colleen (Gary) Hall & Sharon Philebaum.
Funeral service for Mrs. Starks will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Pastor Stephen Rogers officiating.
Visitation for Mrs. Starks will be on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm & on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant General Baptist Church Cemetery in Cottontown, TN.

we had so much fun talking about her old banking job and talking about her kids. I´ll never forget about her. she was such a kind soul I will never forget her.
