Augusta, GA – Eunice K. Andersen died Thursday, September 4, 2025, at home with family by her side.
She graduated from Hephzibah High School in 1957 and retired from Applied Industrial Technologies (formerly Dixie Bearings) after 27 years of service.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years: Stephen Andersen; daughter: Deanne Magnuson (Jerry); and grandchildren: Zane (Alexia), Ashton (Chunting) and Alayna Redman.
Eunice was preceded by her parents: Hilda and Robert Newman, two sisters and seven brothers.
The family will receive friends Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors. A private graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Joanna and the staff at Pruitt Hospice.
