Evan Harris Obituary
Evan Andrew Harris, 35, of Beckley,WV went home to be with the Lord Saturday, September 17, 2022.
Evan was born in Beckley on October 7, 1986 to Keith and the late Lea Buffurine Harris.
Besides his father, Evan is survived by a brother, Jeremy Harris and companion Jamie Beard of Roanoke, VA and a niece, Lilith. He shares an eleven year old daughter, Peyton, with Destiny Cooper of Bluefield, WV.
Evan grew up in the Pettry Bottom section of Naoma and was a 2004 graduate of Liberty High School. He maintained many lifelong friendships from the people of that area. Evan was saved, baptized, and became an active member of the Dameron Church. He prided himself in parenting his daughter and sharing in activities with her. He loved music, animals, and hanging out with friends. Evan was known to others as being kind, helpful, and fun.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dameron Church with Pastor Ron Hall officiating. Visitation among family and friends will be one hour prior to the service.
Cremation services will be provided by Calfee Funeral Home.
