Evelyn Irene Gracia

Evelyn Irene Gracia was the heart of her entire family. She was a wonderful mix of class and sass. She could tell an joke or stories that would make you laugh until you cried but was also incredibly kind, caring, thoughtful and poetic. She was beautiful inside and out and our family history is filled with stories of Evelyn turning heads everywhere she went.
Generous to a fault; she'd give you the shirt off her back if you needed it and would open her home to all of us, hosting many family gatherings. She was a best friend to her siblings and was like a sibling to her many friends. The world loses some of its shine without her in it.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby, her mother, Irene, and her brothers, Albert and Gilbert. She is survived by her sons, Frankie, Marcos and Xavier who she loved with all her heart, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters: Margaret, Carmen, and Jolie, and her brothers: Paul, Bobby, and David, and numerous nieces and nephews, who adored her.
A memorial service will take place at 10 am, Friday, January 24, 2025 at Samaritan Funeral Home, 1505 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ.
