Evelyn Hingher Obituary

She was the devoted wife of Robert W. Hingher and a very supportive and encouraging mother to her children.
Evelyn was born in Perth Amboy, NJ on April 2, 1941, a daughter of the late Viola (Cantor) and John Glochau. She graduated from Perth Amboy High School and went on to work at several Banks as a Teller, Amerada Hess in Accounts Payable, and retired from The Christmas Tree Shops. Evelyn was, and her husband is a lifetime member of Most Holy Redeemer Church in Matawan.
Evelyn is predeceased by her parents and her son Karl. She is survived by her devoted husband Robert, loving children, Kyle and his wife Melissa and Karen and her husband Chris Pollard. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren Robby and Maggie Pollard and Rebecca and Karly Hingher.
Visitation for Evelyn will be Wednesday September 3, 2025 from 9-10:45 am at the funeral home followed by a 11 am Mass of Christian burial at Most Holy Redeemer RC Church.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Keyport
