Evelyn Faye Keith was born to Roy Osburn and Bessie Pearl (Terry) Osburn on August 5,1937 in Cordell, Oklahoma and was welcomed in the arms of Jesus on July 18, 2025. She graduated from Medford High School in 1955 and attended Phillips University in Enid. She married Alton Keith in 1959 at the First Christian Church in Medford. Two daughters were born to this union, Lana Luann and Telisa Lynn.

Evelyn and her family moved to Medford when she was two years old and she lived in Medford most of her life, spending the last year and half at the Community Health Center in Wakita. She became the secretary for the Medford Public School in 1959 and retired after 42 years of faithful service. She was a cardinal through and through and voiced her encouragement to the kids as well as her displeasure to various referees at multiple sporting events through the years! She had quite a wealth of knowledge about school history which earned her the title of the wise ole owl. Evelyn loved her family fiercely; her grandchildren and her great grandchildren were her pride and joy and were especially close to her heart. “Gaga” as she was affectionately known to her great grandchildren was up for anything they might hatch up whether it be forts in the living room, messy crafts or slumber parties. Her faith and service to her Savior Jesus Christ played a significant role in her life. She was a faithful member of the First Christian Church where she taught Sunday School for years and served in various other areas. “Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” this scripture was the heartbeat of her life, guiding her to bring her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to church, where she joyfully introduced each of them to the Lord. She leaves a legacy of devotion, service, and love for her family and friends.

She is survived by daughters, Luann Przybylski, Telisa (Kevin) McDowell; three grandchildren, Mandy (Derek) Sinor, Aaron (Jessica) Bliss and Janelle (Michael) Smith, all of Medford; eight great grandchildren Peyton, Lyndee and Braxton Smith, Colt and Remington (Remi) Bliss, Sutton and Ryker Smith, all of Medford and Haydn and Hope Sinor of Ponca City; one sister, Phyllis Templeton of Wellington, Kansas and two sisters-in-law, Norma Osburn of Medford and Pauline Petty of Earlsboro, Oklahoma as well as many nieces, nephews and beloved family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband. Alton; father, Roy Osburn; mother, Bessie Osburn; parents-in-law, Elva and Edith Keith; brothers, Kenneth Osburn and Zane Osburn; sisters, Bonnie Dreschler, Colleen Powell, and Nadine Charles; son-in-law, Jon Przybylski and brother-in-law Larry Petty.

The family would like to encourage everyone planning on attending her service to wear red and white to show their Cardinal Pride!
