She was born on July 6, 1950, in East Liverpool, to the late Herbert and Grace Barnett Moore. Evelyn graduated from Wellsville High School and was a proud homemaker who dedicated herself to raising her two children. She had an outgoing personality and enjoyed playing cards.
She leaves behind her children, Ronnie Thrasher and Lori Thrasher, both of Wellsville; her grandchildren, Chelsea Maruca, Jacob Kavanagh, Veronica, and Gage Thrasher; 11 great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Doris Knox and Carol Barker. Evelyn was preceded in death by her brother, Ted Moore, as well as her sisters, Joanne and Gaylon Moore
. In accordance with Evelyn's wishes, no services are planned at this time. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.

Evelyn was a great aunt and I know my mother and grandmother have so many memories of her they will cherish even more now that she's gone. I didn't get as much time with her as I would've liked but I will remember our visits and time together at family gatherings forever. Rest in Peace.
