Francis Reynold Crow Jr., affectionately known as "Bill" passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the age of 78, in Hot Springs, AR. Bill was born in Nampa, ID on August 13, 1946 to Francis Reynold Crow Sr. And Neva Belle Sinclair. He is proceeded in death, 38 days after his loving wife of 51 years, Cynthia Crow, his parents Bill Crow Sr. and Neva Belle Crow, his brothers Jim Crow and Jerry Crow. He is survived by his sons Jon Crow (Angel) Steve Crow (Leslie) Mitch Crow, and his daughter Lori Blagg (David). His grandkids Jon Thomas Crow (Kayce) Jake Crow (Destiny) Brandon Cash (Mackenzie) Hannah Crow, Chase Crow, Charleigh Monday, Seamus Quintana, and Haley Blagg and his great-grands Arthur and Daphne Crow.

Bill's faith in the Lord was strong and he was an active member of the 70 West Church of Christ. Our parents church community has wrapped our family in so many blessings and so much love. We are eternally grateful. Bill was in the US Army National Guard until he became a heavy welder for the Union Pacific Railroad. They moved to Florida in 1987, then Hot Springs, AR in 1997 where he built his home with his own hands and they lived out their remaining years. Bill loved the outdoors and took his family on many camping trips, family taco feeds, had cool cars, and amazing carpentry skills. He loved his family unconditionally and we loved him the same. We will feel this void forever. In lieu of flowers, make a donation to the Tunnels 2 Towers charity.
