Fae Frenette Obituary

LOUDON – Fae Regina Frenette, 75, of Loudon, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord.

Born on January 16, 1950, in Nashua, NH, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Joseph and Rita Theresa (Nadeau) Frenette.

In her 75 years, Fae touched countless lives with her kindness, generosity, and love. Growing up in a large family, she played a vital role in helping to raise her younger siblings, Annette and Dana. She later extended that same nurturing spirit to her nieces, nephews, and godchildren, always making family the priority and center of her life.

Fae found joy in the outdoors, exploring New Hampshire's natural beauty alongside her siblings. She climbed many of the state's mountains, including Mount Washington, and visited places like the Flume Gorge, Polar Caves, and America's Stonehenge. Her adventurous spirit carried her beyond New England as well-vacationing to Niagara Falls, Gettysburg, and Hershey Park.

She shared in her siblings' love of horses, devoting years to helping Annette and Dana prepare their horses for competition, grooming, and recording their events. She was especially proud of her Arabian horse, Sheena, who earned a Top 10 finish in a futurity class at a Triple A show in New York.

Fae's love for gardening was evident in the way she nurtured her flowers, knowing exactly what they needed to flourish. She also enjoyed crocheting, doll collecting, and creating videos, finding joy in her many hobbies. Though she rarely sought the spotlight, Fae made exceptions for truly special occasions. One was when she went zip lining and insisted on having photos taken; another was during a once-in-a-lifetime religious tour with her sister, Annette to Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. On that pilgrimage, she explored the Egyptian pyramids, rode a camel, Arabian horse, and donkey, walked the 14 Stations of the Cross, touched the birthplace and tomb of Jesus, ascended Petra, floated in the Dead Sea, placed a prayer at the Western Wall, visited holy churches, and was baptized in the Jordan River. Those experiences deepened her already steadfast faith in God and Jesus, which guided her life.

Fae worked alongside her family in their paving and landscaping business and later at Woodmont Orchards and Pleasant View Gardens, where she assisted with packing and shipping. No matter the task, she approached her work with dedication and care.

Everyone who knew Fae will remember her as a caring, honest, and deeply loving person. She cherished her family, treasured her faith, and lived her life with humility, kindness, and quiet strength.

In addition to her parents, Fae was predeceased by her sisters, Veronica Leighton, Jeannie Noble, and Diana Frenette; her brother-in-law, Robert Trombley; and her niece, Heidi Noble.

She is survived by her siblings, Cynthia (Larry) Nickerson, Albert (Lisa) Frenette, Anita (John) Leighton, Violet Trombley, Roger Frenette, Henry (Jeannie) Frenette, Annette (Donald) Hannan, Eugene R (Judy) Frenette, Manette (Karen) Frenette, Dana (Sabrina) Frenette; and her many beloved nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 3:00–6:00 PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home – Still Oaks Chapel, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway, Epsom. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at New North Side Cemetery, Garland Road, Nottingham.
