Mrs. Fallon Latoya (Phillips) Hill
Saginaw, MichiganMrs. Fallon L. Hill, known to most as Toya, who gained her wings on November 12,2025 at the age of 43 years. Toya was born to Darrell E. Phillips Sr. and Victoria Harris on June 10, 1982 in
Saginaw, Michigan. Toya attended Saginaw High School and was a graduate of the class of 2000. Toya went on to further her education by attending Delta College to obtain a degree in Criminal Justice. She also obtained certification to become a correctional officer. Toya worked several jobs before securing a job with Together With Friends Assisted Living Facility as a CNA worker. Toya had a spiritual upbringing at an early age. She gained much of her early Christian development at Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Roosevelt Austin, Sr.
Toya leaves her loving husband of 22 years, Michael D. Hill and their children to continue her legacy. Mylan D. Hill, two sets of twins, Chaise D. and Michael D. Hill III, Rhyan D. and Mileah D. Hill, all of Saginaw Michigan. Toya has three sisters, Amanda S. Phillips, Semaj M. Erwin of
Saginaw, MI and Tineesha McDuffie of Lancaster, TX. Four brothers; Darrell E. Phillips Jr., (Turquoise) of
Saginaw, MI, James Erwin III of Tampa, FL., Darrell E. Shirley of Dallas, TX and Coreyandre Hariston of Troy MI. Toya's parents Victoria Harris of
Saginaw, MI and Darrell E. Phillips Sr. of Dallas, TX; uncles: Curlee (Terri) Grays and Deon (Kawana) Harris; and aunties, Tina Harris and DeDe (Beavers) Taylor. Toya had first cousins that she was very close with: Braxton, Travor, Jay, twins-Landon and London, Whitley, Crystal, Danea, Jasmyne, Curlee, Cory, Brandi, Leah, Ashley, Amy, Levail, Danny, Shadana, Maris, Baby Deon, Melva, Melinda, Melvin, Christian, Cortez, Spencer, Dennis, Shamelle, Peris, Dee, only to name a few. Toya loved spending time with her nieces Brooklyn, Brielle, Asis, and her nephews, Adonis Jr., Sebastian, Austin and Lennox.
Toya was preceded in death by her sister Whitney C, Phillips (Jackson), cousins Darrell D. Harris, Mario Williams, Makayla Williams, grandparents Dorothy and Walter Harris Jr., Emma Phillips and Ezra Henry, great grandparents Henry and Mary Burrell, Betty and Walter Harris Sr., aunts Linda (Tracy) Harris, Doris Harris, Marrion Harris, Debra Phillips and Sandra Phillips, uncles Carl Phillips and Milton Henry.
Toya's special friends are Ashley Cordor, Lakishna Beavers and Henry Jones. Toya maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, appreciation of love and expressed gratitude for her life. Toya's life can be encapsulated by five "F" words: Family, Friends, Funny, Fearless, Forthright. She was also direct and honest.
Words from her mother, Victoria: "Toya you were my first born. Remembering you is easy, I do it every day. Missing you is a heartache that never goes away. There are no words for this kind of loss, only silence, longing and endless love. I smile for the world, but it's never the same, for a part of me left when Heaven called your name.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday November 25, 2025 at Deisler Funeral Home 2233 Hemmeter Rd.
Saginaw, MIVisitation is from 3:00-7:00pm, Monday, November 24, 2025 at Deisler Funeral Home 2233 Hemmeter Rd.
Saginaw, MI. Visitation will continue on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
