Turner, Fanchon Virginia, passed away at the age of 104 on August 25, 2025. Fanchon was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 2, 1921 to Leroy and Hazel (Peterson) Hall. She graduated from Mound High School in 1939 and went on to attend St. Cloud Teachers College. After St. Cloud, she worked at the Foshay Tower in Minneapolis. She married Robert Turner in 1946. Throughout their lives Fanchon worked with him at the television and radio shop which he owned. Later they collected and sold antiques until he passed away in 1989. After his passing, she lived with her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Tom Erickson. Preceded in death by beloved husband, Robert. Survived by daughters, Sandra Erickson (Tom) and Janell Iberg; grandchildren, Susan DeRenzis (Todd), Jim Erickson (Jennifer), Cindy O'Connell (Kevin), Erin Wardlaw (James), Will Iberg (Sandi) and Stephen Iberg; 11 great- grandchildren. Private family service. Interment at Christ Lutheran Cemetery in Maple Plain, Minnesota. Memorials preferred to BrightFocus Foundation or American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
