Fannie Arceneaux Trimnal, 85, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her beloved family. A visitation will be held at Powers Funeral Home in Lugoff, South Carolina on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Services in Perry, Georgia will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024, in the Chapel at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church Campground. The visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. and Funeral at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in the church cemetery immediately following the service.
Fannie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 31, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Claybert Joseph and Clara Lena Dufrene Arceneaux. She was a member of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church in West Columbia all her life. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, sewing, reading and singing. She was a devoted Christian and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Fannie was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert Trimnal and her brothers, Wally Arceneaux and Allen Arceneaux.
Mrs. Trimnal is survived by her daughter, Sandra Murphy Tisdale (Glenn); brother, Paul Arceneaux; sister, Rachel Cross and Sharon Miller; her best buds, Toby and Theodore; grandchildren, Glenn (Stacy) Tisdale, Katie (Brian) Bell and Rachel Tisdale; her great-grandchildren, Trey Tisdale, Bella Tisdale, Lane Bell, Gabby Tisdale and Brand Bell.
