He is survived by his devoted wife Betty Sargent, daughters Theresa (Walt) Stillinger, Tammy Sargent (Keith Peterson), grandson Zane Redding, great grandson Jaxson Redding, siblings Gary (Sherry) Sargent, Michael (Jackie) Sargent, Kathy Weis, Ann (Rick) Hoover, and Nora Cardinale.
Life journey; left St Louis at age 17 looking for work. God led him to Worley, ID where he worked on Clem Brincken's wheat farm and at Meredith's Repair shop. After graduating from Worley High School, he and Betty Brincken were married on August 14, 1970.
Farrell joined the army and served in Vietnam as a helicopter crew chief and gunner. After completing his service to his country, he returned to civilian life and started a family. He became a masonry
contractor & worked at Kaiser aluminum for several years, then retired in 2014. Farrell's greatest joy in life was working on projects in his shop and spending time with his grandson and great grandson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on December 6, 2025, at ONE* Church, 15601 E. 24th Ave, Spokane Valley WA 99037.
