He was a proud Vietnam Combat Airborne Army Veteran who served two tours for his country. A strong man of honor, receiving multiple medals that include a Bronze Star, 2 Purple Hearts, and an Army Commendation medal. Beyond his Army days, he was a loving husband to his wife Virginia De La Rosa for 48 years as they created a fun, loving life of adventure as they traveled to many places around the world together.
