Fays life was nothing but adventure! Always active in Gonzales High school quickly becoming a rodeo trick rider, horse trainer, traveling in a musical and rodeo show with her siblings, a model for JC Penny and Sears, a real estate agent, a book keeper/secretary for doctors insurance companies and business, co owning the music box in Gonzales hosting many musical celebrities where she started her family with Louisiana Fiddle Champion Bob Henderson Senior. After the death of Bob and children grown she attended a high school reunion and reconnected with her high school sweetheart Joseph Buddy Lass. They married in 1992 and began a new life of retirement for them both. They purchased a motor home and began traveling the country together making new friends and family. Their home was full of 30 years of souvenirs and memories made together, as you can see in the many pictures today. She loved country music & more country music!! She loved her uncle Cecil, uncle Robert, Aunt Ethel, Aunt Bee, Uncle Dan & others that raised her. She loved horses, traveling, celebration, funny jokes or pranks, puzzles, and always a nip of red wine.

Throughout her life she wore many hats, had certain roles to play and different personalities but at no time, will anyone deny her crazy funny wit, her dedication to hard work, her commitment to solving problems, her need for strength, independence, and living life on her terms. She could be strong and stubborn, soft and gentle, unpredictably funny but always responsible. She will be missed by everyone who knows her and every life she touched.
