Terrance John Folks

Terrance Folks, 53, of Prairieville Louisiana, passed away on 09/26/2025, surrounded by his family.

Born on November 15th, 1971, Terry was the beloved middle child between two sisters and the proud father of four children.

Terry was a man of contrasts — caring when it was needed, strong when life demanded it, and always ready with a sharp sense of humor that lit up any room. He faced life’s challenges with grit, but he never lost his warmth or his ability to make others laugh. Those who knew him will remember his loyalty, his wit, and the special bond he shared with his family

He is survived by his eldest sister, Gina Folks, four children, Cory Folks, Terry Folks, Brianne Folks and Brayden Folks, six grandsons and one granddaughter, two nieces, Tyler Dauzat and Trinity Latham along with two great nephews and two great nieces Including long term partner Lisa Pourciau.
Preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Folks and Jennie Folks along with his youngest sister, Tonya Folks.

Terry’s final gift was as an organ donor, giving life and hope to others even in his passing — a true reflection of his generous heart.
