Faye Barlow, 93, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025
On Tuesday February 18th, 2025 at Mt. Olivet Chapel in Fort Worth, Texas
Visitation will be held at 1:30-2:30, followed by funeral service at 2:30-3:30.
Internment will be at Mt Olivet Cemetary following the service at 3:30.
Faye was born January 24, 1932 in Fort Worth, Texas. She grew up and granduated from Northside High School of Fort Worth. She was passionate about her family, kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and all of her extended family and friends. She loved to go watch her grandkid's sports and school activities. And later in life she loved watching her great-grandkids sports and school activities. She enjoyed taking trips to the casino, traveling in their camper with her late husband, being outdoors, campling, fishing and traveling with family to new and exciting places. She adored her beloved dog Zippy. Faye also loved being around her family, decorating for the holidays, cooking for them and making everyone their own favorite desserts. She also loved making everyone a birthday cake or pie of their choice! She was also a great dominos player, poker player and enjoyed working on puzzles and crossword puzzle books. She was the Matriarch of her family and always taking care of the people she loved.
She is preceeded in death by her husband William M. Barlow and parents, Silas Strother and Eva Strother; and 12 Siblings.
She is survived by three children; Sons; William Barlow and wife Sharon, Charles Barlow; Daughter Glenda Bromley and husband Darryl. Six Grandchildren; Jennifer Torrent and husband Joe, Kevin Barlow, Brian Barlow, Jason Barlow and wife Paige, Josh Barlow and Tim Kennedy and wife Melanie. Four Great-Grandchildren; Liam, Lilliana, Nathan and Teagan and many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
