Federico Daniel Gonzalez, a cherished soul known for his contagious smile and ability to make everyone laugh, passed away on June 7, 2025, due to an accident in San Antonio, Texas. Born on September 29, 2004, in Redlands, California, Federico's vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.

Federico, a proud graduate of Banning High School, was deeply admired for his dedication and service when he joined the United States Air Force in November of 2024. He was assigned to the 343rd Training Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX where he had just completed his technical school. He achieved the rank of Airman and was getting ready to head to his station in Guam. His commitment to his country was a testament to his character, embodying the values of loyalty and courage.

He was a beacon of joy, always ready to share a laugh or lend a helping hand. Federico's ability to light up a room was unmatched, and his thoughtfulness towards others made him a beloved figure in his community. His interests were as diverse as his personality, and he approached life with a zest that was truly infectious.

Federico leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: sisters Carmen Gonzalez, Mayra Romero, Marebel Gonzalez, Jessica Gonzalez, Jacqueline Garcia, and Jennifer Gonzalez-Garcia; brothers-in-law Anthony Deras and Matthew Williams; nieces Aolani Deras, Heaven Valles, and Jillianna Valles; nephew Richard Valles; and a host of beloved family members including John Valenzuela, Armando Valenzuela, Argentina Escobar, and Charles Williams. Federico now joins his mother Micaela Fernandez, father Federico Gonzalez, and brothers John and Pedro Romero in eternal rest.

Federico Daniel Gonzalez's life will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to experience his remarkable presence. His funny, courageous, and thoughtful nature will be remembered as a guiding light for all who seek to live life with joy and kindness. Federico's story is one of love, laughter, and the spirit of youth. As we bid farewell to this exceptional young man, we take solace in the countless moments of happiness he gifted to the world, but his absence will leave a void in the hearts of many.
