With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Felipe de Jesus Ramirez, affectionately known as "Tata" and "Apa," who left us peacefully at the age of 82, in the comfort of his home after 61 years of love and memories. Born in Rio Grande, Zacatecas, on February 15, 1942, Felipe's life was a testament to dedication, sacrifice, and a boundless love for his family and community.
Felipe was preceded in death by his cherished wife of 50 years, and though she is no longer by his side, we find peace in knowing that they are reunited in spirit. His passing has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him, yet his legacy will continue to live on in the countless lives he touched.
Felipe leaves behind a legacy that spans generations. He is survived by 11 children, 9 daughters and sons-in-law, 33 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren-each of us carrying forward the lessons and love he instilled in us. He is also deeply missed by extended family, friends, co-workers, healthcare providers, and all whose lives he touched with his unwavering kindness and dedication.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the medical professionals who cared for Tata during his final days, including Dr. Juan Becerra, Dr. Michael Esquivel, Dr. Myriam Frias, Dr. Cossentino, Dr. Gregory Misenhimer, Dr. M. Laiq Raja, Dr. Nelli Estrada, Dr. Raul Lopez,the Intervention Radiology Team, Veronica and Marcos, Yvonne Medrano, Hospice of El Paso (Ruth, Yesenia, Brenda, and Savanna), Grandview Home Health (Ruben and Cristina), and Father George, whose comfort and support meant the world to our family.

R.I.P. Felipe, you always treated me like an old friend, you took the time to talk to me and share some of your life experiences, I expressed my admiration for you in raising your children, I learned that no matter what a man, a real man, takes care of his family no matter what. Rest easy Felipe for you just got ahead of us crossing the threshold of temporary life into eternal life, may Our Lord rest your soul.
