Felix Rather Obituary
Felix Rather lll was born in Dallas, TX on May 20, 1957 to Felix Rather Jr. and Rosa Matthews Rather. He spent a large portion of his career working at Taylor Publishing Company, where he retired after 20 years of service. Felix was a member of Cedar Crest Cathedral CME Church in Dallas. He was a loved son, husband, father, brother, and friend who will forever be missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Mary Janice Loftis and Linda Jean Frazier.
Felix is survived by his wife Eilyon Rather; son Patrick Hall; daughter Kenisha Hall Johnson; sisters Connie Rather Barrett and Sherri Lynn Rather; brothers Danny Lynn Rather, Rodney Wayne Rather and wife Arjeania, and Floyd Henry Carter; and grandchildren Alandra Pierce, J'tyviea Johnson, Kahlen Johnson, and Jeriah Lee Wilson.
