Fernando is preceded in death by Father, Fernando Melendez, Sr. and Mother, Sarah Ann Melendez.
He is survived by, Elizabeth Kinnard, Carolina Melendez, Jorge & Gloria Melendez, Susanna Gorham, Gustavo Melendez & Carmen Palacios, Hector & Frances Melendez and Martha Cantu.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas with a Evening Service beginning at 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 10:30 am at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home.
Rite of Committal will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
