Fernando passed away on March 5 th.
Fernando was born to Veronica and James Lomeli on February 22nd, 1992, in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. An independent and vibrant personality from the beginning, Fernando was an
excellent family man, brother, son, and husband. Fernando graduated from Newcastle high
school and immediately went on to build steel buildings. He later found his passion for electrical
work pursuing his dream as an electrician.
Fernando and Bijan spent their days hanging out with family, playing games, enjoying nature,
and were deeply devoted to each other. He had the biggest smile that instantly brought everyone
around him joy. He was very passionate and always supported his family.
Fernando is survived by his wife Bijan Lockhart-Rodriguez, parents Veronica & James F
Lomeli, siblings Anthony Villa, Sebastian F Lomeli, Daisy A Lomeli, in-laws Jennifer Wallace,
Peter Lockhart, & Anton (Tony) Selvaraj.
Viewing will take place on March 10-11, 2022, between the hours of 11am-5pm at Absolute
Economical Funeral Home.
