Flora Losa

Flora Losa, 96, of Milltown, NJ, passed peacefully at St. Peters University Hospital on January 9th 2026, surrounded by family.
Flora was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a career seamstress and devout catholic. Flora was born in Ercolano, Italy in 1929 to Sylvio Lucio and D'Ardia Liberata, and spent many days at the beach or in the mountains of Italy's coast. In her 20s she immigrated to Toronto, Canada, after which, she moved to the United States where she raised her two children, in New Brunswick, NJ.
Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Salvatore Losa, and daughter, Raeffaela Losa. She leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law, Gaetano and Rosseann Losa, her two grandchildren, Victoria and Nicholas Losa.
A wake will be held on January 15th from 3:00–7:00 p.m. at 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of Mount Virgin Church, 198 Sandford Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901, on January 16th at 10:00am. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
All are welcome to join the family for a repast following the funeral services at B2 Bistro + Bar in North Brunswick.
