Flora Page Obituary
Flora S. Page, 92, of Albuquerque, and formerly of Santa Rosa, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 4, 2023.
Flora was born to the home of Pablo and Guadalupe (Maestas) Salas on May 7, 1931 in Cuervo, NM. Flora was raised in Cuervo, where she also attended school, as well as in Santa Rosa. On September 3, 1951, Flora married Frank M. Page at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Santa Rosa.
A devoted Catholic, Flora was a parishioner at Saint Bernadette’s Catholic Church in Albuquerque, where she as also active in the church’s Spanish Choir. A homemaker, Flora helped prepare taxes during tax season. In her spare time, Flora was a member of the Albuquerque City Spanish Choir, she also enjoyed making jewelry, collecting antiques and going to the casino. However, Flora’s greatest joy came from the time she spent with her family.
Flora is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Frank, sons: John F. Page and Raymond R. Page and grandson: Mark.
Flora is survived by her children: Debbie (Jake) of Los Lunas, NM, Theresa (Dino) of Albuquerque, NM, Mary (Henry) of Alabama, West (Linda) of Colorado and Peggy (Jeff), her grandchildren: Jason, Jacob, Jared, Luisa, Patia-Ann, Richard, Ryan, Michael, Jennifer, Seth, Nichole and Adam and her great-grandchildren: Cole Taryn, Mack, Carson, Kate, Hannah, Becca, Bailey, Brandon, Ozzy, Dallas, Hera, Henry, John, Josie and Matthew, as well as many wonderful family and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, August 11, 2023 from 8:30-9AM at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Santa Rosa.
Recitation of The Most Holy Rosary, followed by The Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, August 11, 2023, beginning at 9AM at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Santa Rosa, with services officiated by Father Moses Nwonkwo.
Interment will follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery in Santa Rosa with Jake Barkemeyer, Dino Storey, Ryan Page, Jared Barkemeyer, Ray Aragon and Henry Kight serving as Pallbearers.
