Flora LaRae Peacock, 73, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 14, 2025, at Life Care Center of Idaho Falls.
LaRae was born January 14, 1952, in St. Anthony, Idaho, to Thomas Arthur Rawson and Flora Duncan Rawson. She grew up and attended schools in St. Anthony and graduated from South Fremont High School.
On December 22, 1972, she married William "Bill" Lee Peacock Sr. in Idaho Falls, Idaho. LaRae and Bill made their home in Idaho Falls where Flora worked as a receptionist for the public health department and Artistic Ceramics.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed doing ceramics, embroidery, and many other crafts.
LaRae is survived by her husband, Bill Lee Peacock of Idaho Falls, ID; son, William Lee Peacock, Jr. of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Darren Ray Peacock of Idaho Falls, ID; 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. They all loved her to the moon and back.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Flora Rawson; daughter, Jessica Peacock; brothers, Harry Rawson, JP Rawson, and Don Fryer; sisters, Mable Milner, Dorothy Downs, Thelma Warnberg, Sadie Craig, and Jennet Smith.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 19, 2025, at the Idaho Falls Templeview Ward, 1450 Mountain View Lane, with Bishop Rob Bailey officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services, both visitations at the church. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
