Floyd was one of the most decent men I ever new. He always had a smile and kind word of encouragement and was a very capable leader, family man and businessman. He hired me and allowed me to grow and succeed with a very fine company then known as Harris Press & Shear. I will always be grateful to him. His instincts and strategies to grow a business were incredibly on point but his energy and ability to make an enduring team were grossly under appreciated. He loved his family and will be seriously missed by his friends and business associates. I will miss him.
