YORKTOWN – Fonza Lee "Hank" Rose, 90, passed away on Wednesday November 5, 2025.
Hank was a native of North Carolina and Yorktown resident for over 60 years. He was the owner and operator of Rose Brothers Heating and Air for over 30 years until his retirement in 2006. He was an active member of St, Joan of Arc Catholic Church former member of the Knight of Columbus and enjoyed gardening and fishing and being with family and friend.
He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Rose and survived by his children, Debbie Daniel (Mark), Kenny Rose (Robyn) and Robert Rose (Jaime) and grandchildren, Mark, Eric and Sarah. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Mae Robbins, Marie Stokes and his brother J.D. Rose
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in Amory Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in St Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
Memorial may be made to St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 315 Harris Grove Lane, Yorktown, Va. 23692.
