Forest Henry "Hank" Kraus, Jr., 73, of Potterville, died peacefully on Thursday, January 1, 2026. Hank was born July 13, 1952 in Lansing. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, and Spartan. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Charlotte with Rev. Fr. Dwight Ezop officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the church, just prior to the service. In keeping with Hank's wishes, please dress in comfortable attire for the service - Hank would not approve of a suit and tie. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Capital Area Humane Society and the Hospice House of Mid-Michigan.
