Ann Elizabeth TSawade, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on February 9, 2026. She was born on August 9, 1964, to Frank and Lois (Beauchamp) Emmons.

Ann was a strong-willed woman-fiercely independent, yet deeply devoted to her family and friends. She had a true love for cooking, and her home was always open to anyone in need of a good meal, especially her sons' friends, who were always welcome at her table. A passionate thrifter, Ann delighted in stopping at rummage sales and browsing the aisles of local thrift stores in search of the just-right find. She also enjoyed collecting butterflies and cows, treasures that reflected her playful spirit.

Ann lived by the motto "Live, Laugh, and Love." She was never afraid to speak her mind, but beneath that honesty was a generous heart. She loved her family, friends, and grandchildren without measure and gave freely of herself whenever she could.

Ann is survived by her mother, Lois Emmons; sons, Joseph Tourangeau and Justin Tourangeau; sisters, Michele (Mark) Hartman and Gina (Patrick) Breit; and sister-in-law, Gayle Emmons. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank; and brother, Mike Emmons.

Friends are encouraged to support Ann's family by attending services or sharing memories on her Tribute Page at www.prayfuneral.com. Visitation is Tuesday, February 17, 2026, noon - 2:00 P.M with the Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 P.M. at Pray Funeral Home in Charlotte with Chaplain Steve Ezop and Rev. Fr. Dwight Ezop officiating. If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions to Operation Heaven Sent. The family is in the care of Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte.
