Fortino dedicated over 25 years of his life to aircraft assembly, a testament to his commitment and skill in a profession that contributed to the aviation industry. His work ethic and determination were admired by many, and he took pride in being part of a field that played a vital role in the progression of technology and aviation.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Fortino served honorably in the United States Air Force, embodying the spirit of service that he carried throughout his life. His commitment to his country was a source of great pride for him and a reflection of his character.

Fortino is remembered with great love by his daughters, Judy Bojorquez and Betty Lieras, his granddaughter, Susie Molina, and his four great-grandchildren, whose lives were enriched by his presence and life lessons.
