A member of the Red Hat Society Women's club, she loved gathering with friends for all kinds of crafts and shenanigans. Known by her family as the bingo Queen and also known to run off to the casino on occasion, Frances was always ready to travel. She made many memories traveling with her sister, nieces and lady friends to find a lighthouse to explore or a beach to lounge upon.

Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, W.D. "Dub" Baker; son, Ronald Dean Baker; and brothers, Lloyd Casey, Eugene Casey & Jimmy Casey.
