Frances Beatty,79, of Spring Hill ,FL originally from Muscatine, IA, she passed away peacefully on March 29th,2024. Fran married Paul Beatty Sr on March 27th, they just had their 59th wedding anniversary, celebrated with red roses her favorite.  They were soulmates from the start, they enjoyed going to car shows with the many hot rods they owned over the years. She loved her cats, fishing and her sea shells and her hats, she loved to wear a hat with all her outfits. She will always be loved and remembered for her smile that always radiated kindness to everyone she met, especially children, she'd be the first one playing with them whether it was hot wheels or walking in a puddle, that gave her so much happiness in her heart and absolute joy to her face. She was always the mom and grandma that was always there to lift you up and believe in you beyond words.

She will be greatly missed by all that had the opportunity to be loved by her or met her just once, she was a remarkable lady.
She is survived by her loving husband Paul Beatty Sr, her daughter Chris Cooke, her grandson Damion Kemper, her sisters Patty Armey and Laurie Dennis.
She will be fondly remembered by her Brother-in- laws and Sister-in-laws, Donna Buck, Terry & Vern Carpenter,  Bob & Deb Beatty, Pat & Neal Sharp and many Nieces and Nephews.
Proceeded by death her son Paul Beatty Jr, her brother Ernie Buck, Her parents Madeline Nagel Buck and John and Jean Buck.
