May God bless your family in this time of sorrow. Frances was a very special friend. The Java girls will miss those sweet kisses on the cheek and the hugs we got from her. I have known Frances all my life and we all will surely miss her. There is another special angel in heaven now.

Frances was such a beloved and dear woman of God. She always greeted me with a smile and was so kind and gentle. I got to know her and Ken through my job as a physical therapist at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital. She was so devoted to him and spoke often of how proud she was of her family and felt she was incredibly blessed. I will miss seeing her sweet smile and offer deepest sympathies to her family and loved ones.

As her neighbor I always looked up at her home after dark to see if her light was on and knew she was okay. As a co-volunteer at SMH we ate lunch together and shared good conversation and she always had a fun "hi neighbor" salutation for me. She touched me in the short time I knew her. Be warm, be safe in the care of your Lord. Bye neighbor.
