Frances Irene Stracener Browder, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, passed away at home peacefully in the early morning of October 14, 2025. She was born in Osceola, Arkansas, to Grover Thomas and Lillie Leona Stracener, and her life was a testament to love, faith, and community. Frances met the love of her life, Tim and dated for a very short time before marrying, they shared 63 wonderful years of marriage together. Together, they had two wonderful Children Timothy Lee {Tim} Browder and Frances Irene {Fran} Browder. She was a proud member of the Order of Eastern Star, beginning October 1,1981 Smithville Chapter #39 and the Cedar Bayou Chapter #11. She was a Past Matron. Frances was deeply involved in her community and cherished the friendships she made through her many activities. She found joy in sewing, cooking, attending her Sunday school class, playing bunco, and most of all spending time with her family. Her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering faith touched the lives of all who knew her. Frances will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and the love she gave so freely.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Her cherished family she leaves behind includes her husband of 23,084 days Tim Browder of Old River-Winfree, Texas. Her son Timothy Lee {Tim} Browder and wife Caroline of Dayton, Texas one Daughter Frances Irene {Fran} Browder Mica and husband Keith Mica of Dayton, Texas. 5 grandsons Danny Lee Browder and wife Elizabeth of Baytown, Texas, Scott Street of Killeen, Texas, Dusty Lee Mica and wife Ashley of Baytown, Texas, Dillon and Megan Mica of Devers, Texas and Dalton D. Mica of Dayton, Texas and his girlfriend Makenzi Harmon of Baytown, Texas, one granddaughter Leslie Elise Prince and husband Jace of Bastrop, Texas, and eight great grandchildren Jacob Browder and Noah Browder both of China, Texas, Kaitlyn and Kamryn Mica of Baytown, Texas Lahela Mae Mica of Devers, Texas Forrest ,Emilia and Sofia Prince all of Bastrop, Texas, and four bonus great grandchildren Ayden and Ryan Kimberlin of Baytown, Texas Madison {Maddie} Crawford and Brooklyn {Brooke} Wallace both of Baytown, Texas, One Sister Jannett Stracener Eanes and three half-brothers Tommy Stracener and wife Georgia of Rickreall, Oregon, Grover Lee Stracener and wife Becky of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Larry Stracener and wife Faye of Jonesboro, Arkansas and one half-sister Telitha Sielski of Scottsdale, Arizona, one sister-in-law Lisa Stracener of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, One Brother in law Mack Browder and wife Carolyn of Memphis, Tennessee and on Sister in law Ann Linebarger and husband Jerry of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

She was preceded in Death by her Father Grover Thomas Stracener and Mother Lillie Leona Stracener Father in Law William C. Browder, mother-in-law Margaret L. Browder Brother Laudis Stracener and Lois Stracener, Buddy and Betty Stracener, Janice Stracener Bell and Gary Bell, Johnnie Dell Stracener and Bill Stracener Sr. Billy and Betty Browder and Joyce Browder, Darrell Browder and Ginger Browder Bailey. Numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Her visitation is Friday 10/17/25 from 5-8pm at Old River Baptist Church, 12948 FM-1409 Old River Winfree, TX 77535

Her service will be held Saturday 10/18/25 beginning at 11am at Old river Baptist Church followed by her interment at Palms Memorial Park 2421 Hwy 146 S Dayton, Texas 77535
