Frances Napua Kepoo' Carter, 75, has passed away on September 7th, 2023 due to natural causes.
Born on the Big Island of Hawaii in the town of Keaukaha on Sept 14th, 1947 to Enos Foster Kepoo' and Ruth Pupule. She was a resident of Warner Robins, Georgia.
She is survived by 8 children, Three girls and five boys.

One step daughter Paige Carter, 2 God Children,Kenlyn Ano of Kahulu'u, HI and Wela Kaleikoa of
Waianae, HI. 21 Grandchildren, 38 Great Grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews whom deeply respected and
loved her as their "Aunty Ma" or Aunty Pua. She is also survived by her siblings.
