Frances Ann Morgan Crain, 74, wife of the late William Lee Crain, passed away on September 16, 2025 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice House after a brief battle with cancer.
Born on July 19, 1951, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late George Marion Morgan and Sara Sumner Morgan. She was a graduate of Dorman High School.
Ann was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother above all. She shared over forty years of marriage with her beloved husband, William Lee Crain, and together they cherished their love for antiques.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather Carraway (Jason) of Roebuck; her granddaughter, Maddie Carraway; her aunt, Kathleen Seay; and her sister-in-law, Carol Morgan.
In addition to her husband, Ann was preceded in death by her brothers, Warren Morgan and Wendell Morgan.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 3:30 PM at Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery, 701 Canaan Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29306. The family will receive friends after the service in the cemetery.
The family is at the home of Heather Carraway.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Dr, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
