Frances Miriam Perfect Culler, 92, of
High Point, North Carolina, entered her heavenly home on November 2, 2025, just three days shy of her 93rd birthday.
Frances was born on November 5, 1932, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to the late Perry and Ruth Perfect. She moved to High Point in the early 1950s, where she built a beautiful life rooted in family, faith, and love. On March 5, 1953, she married the love of her life, Odell Culler, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years before his passing on July 7, 2006.
In addition to her parents and husband, Frances was preceded in death by her siblings, Charlie Perfect and Betty Blanton.
She is survived by her devoted children, Joni Hounshell and husband Paul, and Jeff Culler and wife Rhonda. She was a proud grandmother to Jennifer Pate and husband Eli, Ryan Hounshell and wife Leah, Brandon Hounshell and wife Ashley, Kyle Culler and wife Kam, and Drew Culler and wife Beth. Frances was also deeply loved by her 13 great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.
A woman of steadfast Christian faith, Frances was a former member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church and a current member of Oakview Baptist Church in High Point. Her faith guided her life and was reflected in her kindness, generosity, and compassion toward others.
Frances loved spending time with her family, especially at the lake, and she cherished her many adventures traveling with her dear friend, Majorie Blair. Her gentle spirit, loving heart, and unwavering devotion to those she cared for will be forever remembered by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point, with Pastor Roland Cavanaugh officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery in High Point.
