Frances Donovan Obituary
She was born April 9, 1949. In Hafer Il. Frances was born to Cecil and Mame Hock. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed taking care of her kids and grandkids. She loved God, her family, and her pets. She was a member of Community Chapel in Marion.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Butch and Ray Dean Hock; sisters: Betty Gibbs, Dorris Barnard, and Phylis Short; and her grandpa, Jay Jones, whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her children: Donna Scro, Brad Wemmer, Robert Wemmer, Joe Coulter, and Lisa Frost & David Frost; several grandchildren: Jeremy Scro, Carissa & Michael Mazzara, Cassidy & Jim Aldridge, Allen & Angel Wemmer, Samantha Uhles, Debra & Joe Smith, Aubree Frost, Josh Frost, Jake frost, and Brittany Poe. She also has several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be announced at a later date. She will be laid to rest with her mother in Carterville Cemetery.
