Frances Louise (Susie) Driggers, a beloved soul known for her unwavering love and compassion, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and warmth. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on December 16, 1951, to James A. and Louise "Marie" Crofton, who undoubtedly instilled in her the values of care and consideration that would define her life's purpose.

Throughout her years, Susie brought joy to those around her with simple pleasures like shopping at thrift stores and expressing her creativity through painting and costume-making. She had a remarkable talent for making others feel seen and understood, always taking the time to truly connect with people on a personal level.

Her family meant everything to her, and she poured endless love into her role as a devoted wife to husband, James Driggers for 52 years. Susie embodied the true meaning of love in every sense - selfless, giving, and ever-present for her children: Angela Brown (Cliff), James "Doc" Driggers (Ella Doan), Melissa Bruce, Daron Davenport (Rob), Justin Driggers, Jason "Sam" Driggers (Brandy) and Jospeh Driggers; her grandchildren, Kimberly, James, Tyler, Christopher, Madilyn, Mickey, Kai, Corbin, Elliana, Jaden, Reagan, Celeste, Jacob, James "Leo", Jesse, Jaliyah, Jane, Carley, Kadence, Jaxon and Kalista; her great-grandchildren, Iris, Athena, Charlotte and Declan.  Her presence in their lives brought comfort and security beyond measure.

Known for being the most caring and generous person one could encounter, Susie touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on through the countless lives she has impacted with her kindness and genuine interest in others.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Susie on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
