Mrs. Frances G. Johnson was born September 17, 1941 to the late Mr. Murray and Mrs. Annie Harrison of the Claussen Community. She entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
Frances received her formal education in Florence Public Schools and later attended Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina.
Frances was joined in holy matrimony to Jerry Johnson.
Frances was a member of Salem United Methodist Church in the Claussen Community, where she served as President of the Old Adult Ministry, as a member of the United Women in Faith, on the Mass Choir and several other capacities of the church.
In addition to her parents, Murray and Annie Harrison; Francis was preceded in death by her daughter, Stacie Johnson; a son, Jerry Johnson, Jr.; a brother-in-law, James Johnson; and a sister-in-law, Billye Ann Thomas.
Frances leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband of 61 years, Jerry Johnson of the home; seven grandchildren to include two of which was reared in the home, Malcolm Lloyd and Cedric Lloyd, Isaiah Johnson and Victoria (Jesus) Santiago both of Grand Prairie, Texas, Shuawana Johnson and Juwanna Johnson both of Germany and Kenny Patterson of Little Elm, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Cindy Johnson of Little Elm, Texas; a brother-in-law, Carl Johnson of ouston, Texas; H Houston, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Eva Johnson and Alice Faye Hill both of Houston, Texas; and a host cousins, other relatives, Salem United Methodist Church extended Church Family and friends.
